A new, practical, battle-tested, staff-centred approach for assisting particularly large health organisations start to think about, introduce and manage Digital innovation at scale, and by default 'automate' and do IT-Implementation more effectively, is presented in this training. By the end of this course, CIO's or CDO's will have a practical model they can customise and apply to their own organisations for all Trust staff, (under their IT-Application Management area), for communicating simply, and mobilising the entire Trust/ Health organisation around it's Digital and IT Innovation (Transformation) Agenda.
